Smaller than a Cat
In case it appeared that our puppy only looked small in yesterday's post because she was next to a big dog, you can see that she is also smaller than your typical cat.

It Could Have Been Worse
Romantic weekend idea, Orcas Island, bicycle to Eastsound. Driving rain, freezing cold. Let's take the scenic route. Miles of uphill. Unpaved road. More uphill. 1000ft. Start downhill. Mud flies off my wheels and covers me. My eyes get gritty, so I put on sunglasses. Adding to the dimmer view, the rain and mud and steamed up insides, I know what it is like to be a blind person riding a bicycle.

Socialized Kitty-Cats
I donated to cat world. I'm not sure what it it, but whatever it is, we need more of it.

Haircut
I disrupted Dan's relaxing evening to make him take a picture of my new haircut.
Mary, is it ok?

We have put this puppy on hold. Someone will be traveling to California to fetch it from the breeder.

Making Dogfood
Cleo is feeling so much better with her homemade dogfood!
Maybe this whole infirmity and refusing to eat was a way to get us to adopt the diet that she found out Otis and Cosmo have. (I'm not going so far as to get a special jigsaw for cutting up chicken necks, though.)
Go to the recipe section for instructions on how to make your own delicious dogfood.
