Give your cat these pills

Sure, sounds easy.
Dan put on his kitty claw protection gear, but Giselle escaped and then was suspicious whenever Dan put the coat back on.
(Well, duh, who wouldn't be suspicious of someone putting on a down jacket in summer?)

We tried grinding up the pills and putting it in tuna, but Zelly wouldn't go for that either.

Happy Anniversary

We shop for a new wedding ring for Dan (it must be exactly the same as his old one)Until the new ring comes, he is free to pick out a new wife, or I may be claimed by an Austrian kayaker who finds the old one.

On to Florence

Florence, Kentucky, that is.
Delta puts us up in this lovely hotel, with a meal voucher valid at the nearby Bob's Big Boy.
Back in the US, where you always get coffee in disposable cups.
We never got that in Europe. Could it be that Americans never thought about the waste?

Cinque Terra

Dan says the town should be called Mille Gatto

This will be my next car

A mini three wheeled truck! Aren't those Italians clever? These are very popular on the narrow streets here. It probably doens't use much gas, because I think it runs on a moped engine.

What luck

There is a band concert in town! Dan made reservations at the nearby restaurant

One of those 5T towns

Cristo Art Istillation in the Olive Groves

A lot more hiking

The hikes are like this- up steps

up more steps

then up more steps

up more steps
Dan said this was not even the hardest route, I guess that one has ladders.

Morning Coffee with a View

Dan said it couldn't be done, that I couldn't carry espresso, capiccino, and rolls up the 99 steps without spilling, but I did.

Here is a lovely view of our town

Our terrace is visible below the castle and to the left of the blue roof
