The Rest of us at the Festivus
Dan the chef did a fantastic job
Diane and Netta (aka Jan)
Rob can never relax - he has to pause and measure our fireplace for future reference on house upgrades.
Mary let me win the Festivus arm wrestling. Please note her totally trendy fingernail polish color. We will all be searching for that color.
Bret's Christmas
It is a rare occasion that Bret journeys from New York City to bestow his presence among us.
Remember his clever game of cemetary, a game designed to get kids to compete in holding still?
Bret with Becky
Bret and the boys
Bret with Guy (dog/pillow) and Hannah
Bret with Mary (not drunk - their normal behavior)
We'll miss you Bret!

Red tinge at Purple
Before taking Gwen to the airport, we had dinner at "Purple", a restaurant downtown. I found out two things about my camera from this picture: the image stabilization feature does not work on one second exposure times, and I'd better figure out how to get rid of those cool effects that Becky set, so that I don't get red tinges.

The Human Menorah
Mary saved me and Dan by having us over for a delicious dinner in a home that had lights and heat! Then we got to experience a clever variation on celebrating Hannukah (useful when you have not unpacked your menorah yet).
PS Mary, I hope you remembered to throw away that chicken I brought over in case Dan insisted on making use of it.
