Mel and Becky may remember Gary from a backpack trip a few years ago. He also looks the same except for a beard.

That thing is not a watch! It's a chromatic tuner with a built in metronome. Very smart to take that with you when you're wearing a tuba. Well, I always wear one when I'm wearing a tuba...
